       Progeny Linear IV Collimator System       


 The Linear IV Collimator System is a microprocessor controlled, fully automatic unit designed to provide accurate collimation for overtable radiographic, fluoroscopic, and special procedure applications. The Linear IV provides automatic collimation even in applications where both the x-ray source and the receptor are movable and not limited to fixed SID's.

    • Radiographic Ratings: 50Kvp Rated - Meets all requirements of 21 CFR Sub-Chapter J, and IEC 601-1-3.
    Ray Proofing: Less than 50mR/Hr at one meter from focus spot of x-ray tube measured at 150kV at 4mA leakage factor.
    Projection Lamp: Quick change, pre-aligned FDS pre-focused Quartz Haloagen lamp operates on 24 VAC. Lamp times out after approximately 25 seconds and may be reset at any time. Quick turn-off features allow for limited lamp use. Light output > 160 Lux at 40 inches.
    Tube Mounting: Mounted by 4 bolts at 90 with 3.625" bolt line center. Swivel mount allows 360 rotation with 90 detents.
    Dimensions: 8.10" x 6.99" x 12.03" - 205.7mm x 177.5mm x 305.6mm - Weight = 19.8 lbs. (9 kg).
    Color: Light grey (standard) Other colors available upon request.
