Introducing the full-function 547, featuring lounge positioning. It's the perfect stretcher for the support and
transport of patients before, during, and after Opthalmic surgery procedures. Several unique features also make the
versatile 547 ideal for ENT, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, emergency medicine, and general surgical procedures.One Product. No Need to Transfer Patients. Swing Away Comfort Rest The unique comfort rest is permanently attached, so it can't be separated from the unit and lost. It simply "swings away" when not in use. Ready Positioning No more slipping, sliding, and adjusting....patient positioning is now automatic! The 547 does the hard work of positioning patients for you, saving both time and injuries to staff members' backs. Thanks to the new sculptured ergonomic design, the patient's head is automatically positioned in the headrest for the surgical procedure once the Fowler is lowered. Pneumatic or crank assisted lounge poritioning is linked to the back section. Ease of Operation Central brake and steer pedals, which operate all four wheels, can be accessed from both foot end corners. Clearly marked handles, also at the foot end of the stretcher, easily activate the pneumatic assisted Trendelenburg. Large raise and lower pedals, located on both sides of the stretcher, make adjusting the 547's height a tap-of-the-toe process. Precision casters and push/pull handles at the head end enhance maneuverability. Articulating Headrest With Optional Wrist Rest To better meet surgeons' requirements, the articulating headrest features several contoured pads in different shapes and sizes. The pads are attached to the headrest magnetically, for easy cleaning. Pre-operative.... With a low working height of 21¼", the 547 addresses the surgeon's need to adjust the stretcher to a comfortable working height. It allows easy access and transfer for all your patients, including the elderly and those in wheelchairs, which means less strain on staff members' backs. Ready Positioning.... Patients are automatically positioned for procedures, thanks to the unique lounge positioning and contoured, ergonomic design of the upholstered patient surface. |
| Surgery.... Even at its lowest height, the 547 features a large work surface, free of any working parts, below the litter top. Access to the patient for the superior and temporal techniques is enhanced by generous leg room and an amply-sized, optional wrist rest. Patient Recovery.... The 547 goes from the supine to the lounge position, eliminating the need for patient transfer and maximizing comfort during recovery.
